General Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you") and heh55 ("we", "us") governing your registration, access, and use of the heh55 online betting and casino platform at https://heh55.bet (the "Platform"). By creating an account or placing a bet you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

2. Account Registration & KYC Verification
To access the full range of heh55 services you must register an account and complete identity verification where required. heh55 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify player identities, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable anti-money laundering standards.

Clause 2.1
Accurate Registration Information
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering, including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, and a valid mobile number or email address. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

One Account Per Player
Each player may register only one account on heh55. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are discovered, heh55 will suspend all associated accounts, void all bets, and forfeit all balances including any bonuses claimed.

KYC Documentation
heh55 may request identity documents at any stage, including a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport or driving licence; a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your registered address; and proof of the payment method used for deposits such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe will place your withdrawal on hold.
3. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on heh55 are governed by this section. heh55 processes deposits and withdrawals exclusively via payment channels supported on the Platform at the time of the transaction. Clause 3.1
Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit on heh55 is ৳500 (BDT) or the INR equivalent. Deposits are credited instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. heh55 is not liable for delays caused by the Player's bank or mobile money provider. heh55 may apply enhanced due diligence to large deposits in line with its anti-money laundering policy.

Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawals via bKash or Nagad for amounts under ৳50,000 are targeted for processing within 15 minutes, subject to KYC verification being complete. Larger withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit. heh55 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Withdrawal Fees
heh55 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. However, your mobile money provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) or bank may apply their own transaction fees outside heh55's control. heh55 is not responsible for third-party processor fees and recommends players check their provider's fee schedule before initiating a withdrawal.

Currency Wallets
heh55 maintains separate BDT and INR wallets. Funds deposited in BDT are held and wagered in BDT; funds deposited in INR are held and wagered in INR. heh55 does not perform on-platform currency conversion. Any exchange rate risk from multi-currency activity is borne solely by the Player.
4. Bonuses & Promotions
heh55 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, and cricket betting promotions aligned with major tournaments such as the BPL and IPL. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms set out in the relevant promotion page as well as the general conditions in this section.

Clause 4.1
Welcome Bonus
New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for a 100% first deposit match bonus up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is available once per player (one per household, one per IP address, one per payment method). A rollover of 20x the combined deposit and bonus amount must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.

General Bonus Conditions
Bonus funds are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged directly for cash. Cash funds and bonus funds are tracked separately; cash funds may be withdrawn at any time subject to standard KYC and withdrawal policies, while bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. heh55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice.

Bonus Abuse
Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once; using low-risk hedged strategies to convert bonus funds to cash without genuine gameplay risk; and colluding with other players to meet rollover requirements artificially. If bonus abuse is determined, heh55 will void all affected bonuses and winnings, suspend the relevant accounts, and may seek to recover amounts already withdrawn.
5. Gameplay & Betting Rules
All games on heh55 are provided by certified third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and NetEnt. heh55 does not control game outcomes. All casino games operate using independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems supplied by the respective provider. The outcome of each game round is final once settled by the provider's system.
For sports betting including cricket markets covering the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, odds are set by heh55 and are subject to change until the event commences. In-play odds update in real time. Bets placed after an event has concluded — whether due to technical error, data feed delay, or any other reason — will be voided. Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game round or betting market, heh55 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant players. heh55 is not liable for losses caused by technical malfunctions on the Player's device, internet connection issues, or third-party network failures. Clause 5.2
Void Bets
A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the relevant market's settlement criteria are met; the bet was placed at incorrect odds due to a manifest error; or the bet was placed after the event commenced due to a data feed delay. Void bets are returned to the Player's wallet as cash, not as bonus funds.

Settlement Disputes
If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute with heh55 customer support within 72 hours of settlement. Disputes raised after this window will not be investigated. heh55 will review relevant game logs or event data and issue a final decision within 5 business days. The decision of heh55 on bet settlement disputes is final and binding, subject only to manifest error.
6. Responsible Gaming

Responsible Gaming Tools

Clause 7.1
Fraud & Money Laundering
Using heh55 to launder money, process proceeds of criminal activity, or defraud heh55 or other players is strictly prohibited. This includes depositing via stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials. heh55 employs transaction monitoring to detect suspicious activity and will freeze affected accounts and report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities without prior notice.

Cheating & Collusion
Colluding with other players to fix game outcomes, using automated betting bots, exploiting software vulnerabilities, or engaging in any form of cheating is strictly prohibited. heh55 uses algorithmic detection to identify unusual betting patterns. Players found cheating will have their accounts permanently closed and all winnings forfeited.

Clause 7.3
Abusive Behaviour
Abusive, threatening, or harassing communications directed at heh55 staff or other players via any channel will result in immediate account suspension. heh55 reserves the right to share records of abusive communications with law enforcement agencies where the content constitutes a criminal threat or harassment under applicable law.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
heh55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if heh55 has reasonable grounds to believe that: the player has breached these Terms; the account has been used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes; the player has failed to complete required KYC verification; or continued operation poses a reputational, financial, or legal risk to heh55.
Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, heh55 reserves the right to forfeit any outstanding balance. Where an account is closed at the Player's own request, or for operational reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any real-money (non-bonus) balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on heh55 — including the brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the property of heh55 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any heh55 content without prior written consent. Unauthorised use may result in civil or criminal liability.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, heh55 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for: any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform; any loss of funds resulting from game outcomes or betting results; any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform access; or any loss arising from reliance on information published on the Platform.
heh55's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your heh55 account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Amendments to These Terms
heh55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, heh55 will update the Last Updated date at the top of this page. heh55 may also notify registered players of material changes via email or an in-platform notification, but is not obligated to do so for minor or clarifying amendments.
Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure by contacting [email protected]. Prior versions of these Terms are available on request.
12. Contact & Dispute Resolution

Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. heh55 aims to respond to all written complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 10 business days of receipt.
Any dispute arising from your use of the heh55 Platform that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to binding arbitration. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation for 30 days before commencing arbitration. The language of arbitration shall be English. Pending the outcome of any dispute, you must not initiate chargebacks via your payment provider without first exhausting heh55's internal dispute process, as doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms.
